     We here at RUFFIANO INTERNATIONAL™ have a No Refund policy due to the fact, that we have a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY which is: Repair or Replacement at the discretion of RUFFIANO INTERNATIONAL™, which is transferable!  Those items include: Handmade Jewelry, Belts, Leather Bracelets and Clothing.  To our knowledge, we are the only company that does that in this industry.

     We do except EXCHANGES as long as it is shipped back within 10 days from the date that it was purchased and is in the Original condition as when it was shipped.  Must not be Worn or Used in any way.  The exchange is for the same value as the item you bought, but if it was purchased at a Sale Price or was a Promotional item, it will be exchanged at that price as IN STORE CREDIT meaning: It can only be used on Products.  No cash or check will be given.  If the buyer chooses to do an exchange, they are responsible for shipping the item back, as well as for the new item they would like.  If the item was shipped and was damaged or defected by us in any way, RUFFIANO INTERNATIONAL™ will pay for the cost of shipping both ways.

     For all THIRD PARTY Brands or Companies that we are dealers for; we do not issue refunds.  If you decide you don’t want that item for any reason, we will give you an In House credit for the same amount, as long as it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.  Please make sure it is packed well, as we will not except responsibility for damages incurred during shipping.  It is the buyers’ responsibility to pay for shipping the item or items back.

BUCHEIMER™ HOLSTERS: We dot not refund for ANY holsters or accessories, as when you purchase from us, they come with a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY from the original company.  If there is an issue with the products themselves, we will pay shipping and will get you another product or products like it, for the same dollar amount free of charge.  If you decide to send any of these products back, you have 5 business days to do so.  Any items after 5 business days that are not returned, will void our exchange policy.  If it is something you decide you didn’t like, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and packing it well, as we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  PLEASE NOTE: Ship Out time is usually 5-10 business days however, there may be times when it could be longer.  If you have any questions regarding the shipping, please call before ordering so we may give you the date your products will be shipped.  When purchasing these products, you acknowledge that you have read our Warranty & Exchange page (SECTION: BUCHEIMER™ HOLSTERS) and understand the aforementioned.

(PLEASE NOTE!! Some holsters may have marks or will appear to have scratches.  This is normal and are called range markings.  Also, the holster and harness may differ in color than in the pictures shown.  Depending on the hide we use, it may vary slightly.  This is due to the natural state of the hide, but has no negative affect in any way when being used for the aforementioned items.

All our hides have brand markings on them.  We don’t send holsters out with brand markings on them, but we have had some customers want that for the Raw and Real aspect of it all.  If this is something you may like, please call us before ordering, or send a message with your order and let us know.  If we have one, it’s yours!!

For anything you may want done custom, to the items that you purchase, there will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.  This includes Holsters lined with suede that don’t come lined with suede, Monogrammed items, stamping of initials, designs or logo’s (excludes our logo).  This applies to all Holsters, Bracelets, all Clothing and all leather items.  The reason why we can’t exchange the custom items, is that they have been altered per your request and can’t be restocked to sell to other customers.  The only way we will do an exchange, is if the item is as described in our description, and is sold to you the way that it is described.  Please read all of our warranty page to see our policy on what, why and how we exchange.)

The LEGACY & OWNER of BUCHEIMER™ , J.M. BUCHEIMER™ 1884 and BUCHEIMER CLARK™ stopped using the BULLSEYE stamp years ago. With regard to lifetime generational & transferable warranties, they have only been offered for the past 6 years.  The customer gets a code, which should be kept in a safe place.* All old parts must be sent in as, the Co. cannot replace abused or lost items. Normal wear and tear is acceptable, and after closely inspecting the holsters or items, we can tell if there has been abuse. Out of nearly at this point, 275,000 holsters have been delivered and only two have been sent back for defects.

     All our packages come with $50.00 Insurance and anything more is up to the customer to add and pay for.  Please request this at the time of order or call us and let us know, so we may send you an invoice.

     PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for anything that is lost or stolen while in transit!  If you have anything that was damaged or lost in transit, contact the carrier that your item is being shipped with.  We provide a tracking number with all shipped orders.
